Kevin Swanson

Kevin Swanson has over 36 years of experience as a CFO in the construction industry including 25 years as CFO for United Forming, one of the largest concrete structure builders in the Southern U.S. and a 100% ESOP owned company. He began his career as a Big Four accounting firm auditor before moving into leadership positions with manufacturing, distribution, and construction companies. Kevin has a proven record directing accounting and finance, human resources, information technology, safety, and risk management along with expertise in ESOP structures and governance. He has served as an internal board member and ESOP trustee and serves as an independent director for other ESOP construction industry firms. Kevin is a graduate of Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, earned his CPA certificate in Illinois, and holds a CCIFP certification from the Construction Financial Management Association. While he has held leadership posts, published articles, and served as a speaker for community, faith, and trade association organizations, Kevin’s most significant role has been as husband and father to four daughters and five grandchildren, all of whom reside in the Atlanta area.
